	About this Forum We believe in a LCHF therapeutic ketogenic diet to help in the management of insulin resistance, type 1 and type 2 diabetes. In a therapeutic ketogenic diet we are moderate protein and high fat, not high protein. Please respect this focus. Although many are using the LCHF diet for weight loss it is not the main focus of the forum. This forum will focus on the science of the ketogenic diet and eating whole fresh foods to promote health. We do not care to have posts about sweets, treats, breads or muffins. There are plenty of places to go for those things. Nothing in this forum should be taken in place of medical advice. This is a forum for discussing the use of diet to manage diabetes and blood sugar Use the General Discussion Board under the Chit Chat category for simple friendly discussion that may not be related to diabetes or the food list. All discussions will be respectful. We can disagree, but let’s not cross the line to disrespect. Depending on the severity you may be removed. NO PROMOTIONS IN THE GROUP. A. Products that you sell B.
